Kia Orana!

Mana & Shaqk here, located in The Hunter Valley, NSW, Australia and we've created Te Ariki Apparel from the kitchen table of our uncle's home.

Te Ariki is of Cook Island/Maori whakapapa and in English translates to "The King". Tragically in March 2021 we lost our 5-year-old nephew.

He was a vibrant and cheeky child with a kind heart, some would call him "The King" of the family.

We acknowledge the struggles whānau face when losing loved ones, especially those that are so young, that haven't lived their lives.

So to honour his memory the brand "Te Ariki" was born. To us "Te Ariki Apparel" is not only a brand, but a whānau movement.

It's about embracing the precious time we have to spend with our loved ones and living your best life.
